Shipping Rates (Canada Only)

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal (before tax):

Orders under $50: $13.00

Orders $50 – $99.99: $9.00

Orders $100+: FREE

Delivery Estimates & Carriers

Carrier: All orders are delivered via Canada Post.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. If there is a delay exceeding 3 business days, our team will contact you directly.

Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–7 business days.

Exclusions: Due to air delivery restrictions, we currently do not ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. We do not ship outside of Canada or offer local pickup.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations: Requests must be made before the order has shipped. Once shipped, all requests will be processed according to our standard Return Policy.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping information. If a package is returned to BSW Beauty due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or recipient info), an additional shipping charge will apply to reship the item.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that have already shipped or were returned due to customer error.

Inventory & Out of Stock

If an item you ordered is out of stock, BSW will notify you via email to discuss a solution or refund.

Refunds for Errors
