$8 flat rate for orders under $100 (before tax). Free shipping for orders $100+ (before tax). Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

We ship within Canada only. We currently do not deliver to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
• Wigs, ponytails, buns
• Unsealed haircare or skincare products
• Half-pack hair items
• Jewelry or items without hygienic seals

*Defective items may be returned with approval.
*For returns, except for defective items, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
