Under following conditions, BSW Beauty will provide high satisfaction return service.
1. Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new.
2. Final sale, Clearance, Event sale item are not return-able.
3.Exchange, Refund must be made within 14 days since customer received products.
4. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
(If there are our shipping mistakes, full cost will be refundable.)
5. If there are any signs that the products are tried or used, return will be denied.
6. Delivery fail caused by customer's mistakes, there will be re-shipping fee on customer, and if customer wants to get refund of the order, original shipping cost won't be return-able.
(e.g. incomplete address, wrong information of recipient, etc.)
7. Do not visit store to return or exchange orders, before you contact BSW Online. (Unapproved store return and exchange could be denied by BSW Retail stores)
Under any circumstances, following items are not return-able. <Manufacturer defects are exception>
- Wig / Closure / Ponytail / Bun Hair
- All unsealed hair & Skin care products.
(eg. Bottle, Jar, Spray, Pump and Tube type products, which are unsealed)
- Electronic devices

*Detail explanations / pictures will be required for processing exchanges / refund.
Step2. Once your return request approved, please send the items back to us.
*Return shipping cost will be charged on customer.
