We ship within Canada only. We currently do not deliver to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
• Wigs, ponytails, buns
• Unsealed haircare or skincare products
• Half-pack hair items
• Jewelry or items without hygienic seals
* Defective items may be returned with approval.

What if my package is returned due to an address error?
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or recipient refusal, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and re-delivery postage is customer-paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
