Rinse & Neutralize: Rinse thoroughly with warm water, use a neutralizing shampoo until water runs clear, and follow with a deep conditioner.

A professional-strength sodium hydroxide relaxer designed to straighten, smooth, and soften coarse or resistant hair.

Key Precautions

Skin & Scalp: Protect the hairline/nape with pre-creme; do not apply relaxer directly to scalp or exposed skin.
Timing & Limits: Never exceed maximum times. Do not use on bleached/color-treated or fine hair.
Preparation: Do not wet, shampoo, or brush hair beforehand, and never apply heat during processing.
Safety: Always wear gloves and perform a preliminary strand test first. Discontinue immediately if stinging occurs.

Processing Times

Coarse Hair: 18–20 minutes
Medium Hair: 15–18 minutes
Fine or Color-Treated/Bleached Hair: DO NOT USE

How to Use

Prep: Apply protective creme to hairline and nape; part hair into four sections.
Apply: Wearing gloves, start at the nape and apply quickly forward in thin sections (new growth only for touch-ups). Apply to hairline last.
Smooth: Smooth hair in the same order applied until desired straightness is reached.
Rinse: Thoroughly rinse out all relaxer with warm water and follow with a neutralizing shampoo.
